Central Bank of Yemen

The Central Bank of Yemen was established in 1971 and after unification between the South and North Yemen on 22 May 1990,
The Central Bank of Yemen and the Bank of Yemen were merged into one bank called, the Central Bank of Yemen.
The Central Bank was established by law and has full independence to exercise its functions in monetary policy to control inflation, stabilize the exchange rates of the national currency and encourage investment and economic growth.
The Central Bank is managed by the Board of Directors of the Bank and is chaired by the Governor of the Central Bank of Yemen.
The headquarters of the bank’s main office in Sana’a has branches in all governors of the Republic. The administration was moved and the Aden branch was activated as the main center after the war of 2015, creating a very urgent need For the establishment of a professional security control system and very high accuracy especially after the bombings and security problems that was targeting the bank.
According to the request of the bank to the local companies to provide studies and offers to secure the building .. Balfakih Electronics and Security Solutions conducted studies side by side with the technical team of the bank .. As usual, we put a special footprint and a unique vision based on the products of Dahua Technology contributed significantly to our selection among the competitors to carry out the project.
The challenge was to get a long recording period of months, pure and high quality up to 4 megapixels, which was the most predominant point of our distinction during the presentation of the proposal .
A large amount of smart fixed and PTZ cameras were installed with WDR motorized lens cameras and Starlight technology.
A storage and recording system was installed, the largest of its kind!
It was supported by a backup system in the event of a failure of the main system. VMS was also equipped with a management and surveillance workstation and a Video Decoder to expand the monitoring units.
The system impressed the technicians of the bank for the quality of work – It was very professional and clean – and the result is very satisfactory, which was commended .. The system proved its ability to detect many issues and thefts after the period of operation directly
The system does not only review and detect problems, it also stimulates administrative control, which improves productivity and monitors the performance of employees in the establishment and helps in the development of work.
This project is one of the most prominent projects carried out in the field of security surveillance in Yemen and another achievement is added to the list of successful projects of both Balfakih and Dahua in Yemen and to our beloved city Aden.
